The geek squad installed 3 ring cameras on my house. One is currently not working. The 4 year protection plan does not cover them coming to my house (with a ladder), to remove the camera. Don't purchase the protection. They won't follow through. On the phone trying to get a refund so that I can hire someone else to replace it.

Can't go wrong with this, The more protection you have the better people. Used it a few times & haven't had any issues.
