I've used geek squad in the past. They have always been very helpful and consistant.

Asked about repair of HP (All-In-One) Printer. Tech informed me they did not repair Printers, recommended I purchase as new one for simple Black Ink cartilage is printing lighter than normal. Give me Geek Squad customer card. Recommend I call Geek Squad for advice. Departed store with non-assistance.

I get the insurance every time I get something that is a bit pricy. Always worth it for the peace of mind. It is nice to have the idea of buying insurance just incase but honestly it is always 50/50 chance that you will other have a great or terrible experience with replacing or fixing the issue presented.

I feel the you could go down on the prices of the warranty especially after you purchase an item That cost a lot,and have to pay so much to put a warranty on it that most of the time never gets used.

Trash! I purchased 2 panels one has stopped working after 2 months the other one did not work at all returned to the store they put in to send me a replacement, the replacement is now delayed and will possibly be refunded

CAMERA IS AWESOME. The only thing missing is a light for it.
