Waste of time and money Geek Squad is useless all they say is what they can’t do

Looks great but working with manufacturer because the lock is sticking

So everytime i purchase a item i put geek protection on it im being completely honest amazing as soon as there is a problem i take my item in and they are always willing too help and solve the problem!

geek squad is ok. The only drawback is that if they have to come back, I don't always have the same crews who come in the first time.

Bought thinking it wouldn’t work the way I wanted but actually it is great. We use it all the time.

I have not had to use it yet. But it’s a good feeling knowing Geek Squad has my back incase of any issues that may arise.

I buy the protection, just in case something wrong with the device there will not be a charge for the geek squad.

Recently acquired a kitten and do not love constantly scooping/changing litter but also not keen on litter box odors. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase so far. There is virtually no litter box smell and we empty it roughly every week (cat is now ~6 months old). Adoption was quick & we followed the tips suggested (adding a scoop of old litter to the new litter box & placing the empty litter box next to the new one). We also gave some kitty treats initially so she would jump in. She does often mess with it/jumping up when it’s in a clean cycle. This doesn’t really create any issue other than excessive notifications on my phone.

I did when bought the security camera and they take care of you with any problem and it's great services.
