Like that it would light up and show animals coming and going at night. It light up goog.

Would give 0 if possible. Absolutely no help. Hours of calls transferred to 8 people first day 11 second day finally was hung up on. Never able to make it work with new tv. Last woman said the geek squad I paid for does nothing in terms of getting assistance in making it actually work. 2nd tv swap as 1st had processed issues. Would never suggest anyone buy anything from Best Buy. Are not even allowed to speak to Amat actual store. They don’t care once they have your money. All agents on phone are non English speaking and their only go to advise is processer problem. Highly dissatisfied. Never again

Bought Geek squad protect on both of the Quest 2 headsets which weren't released until 10/13, and received on 10/13, yet the protect plan started on 10/08 and 10/09 ..??? Not Fair.

I haven't had to use it but I have used it for other things in the past and found that it's really helpful to have geek squad for a certain things. This nest camera is definitely something I would use it for.

I got this so I could be secure in my purchase if it broke. I feel that the prices should be lower on the warranty's you seem a little greedy.

Geek squad is a really good plan to have I just don’t like every time you use your warranty you have to keep buying a new one when you get your game system replaced

The machine is hard to lock the pint container in place, therefore it takes multiple tries, and some prayers, to even start the process. Recipes don’t work, I’ve cream is too soft, no color - lemon and Orange flavored cream both look like vanilla. Additional recipe book purchased does not make enough for full pint, so processing is not accurate. Warranty purchased is not honored by Kevin, assistant store manager.

A little difficult to use but does the job had trouble with the top but have to mess with it to make sure it sit right before turning on

Love the fact of a item is damaged it can be replaced with the insurance. I didn’t like that I gave to purchase the insurance every time it’s used bc it can’t be carried over

The geek squad service at Best Buy is friendly and communication is great but third party geek squad will try to rip you off. They tried to charge me for a service that is covered with my warranty

I am only giving it 3 stars because I have yet to use it. Hopefully I won't have any issues with the product I purchased, but in the event I do, it was not that expensive to purchase.

Have not used this protection on my cameras but with them being outside it made sense

Worth buying if you will be making big purchases at best buy. I bought a stove to be delivered and installed and best buy called me the day before that they couldn’t do because of the snow storm that day. Which I understand, but then pushed my delivery to almost 2 weeks back. They told me that someone wad going to call me to reschedule but nobody did and I had to fit my order myself and now have to wait longer. Don’t know why they didn’t make the effort to fit me in somewhere closer to the real delivery date. Storm only lasted one day.

I have always gotten the warranty for anything that I purchase over $20. Never have used one does not seem like it's worth purchasing.

It's good to have protection for everything to protect your purchases
