Overall pleased, I like my camera set. Geek squad in the past has made it easy for me to replace my defective item.

Four stars until I can get my power strip cleared for replacement on my Arcade 1up system.

The Geeks were helpful, friendly, and polite when helping me with my order.

How can you go wrong with a protection plan? Great customer service with every plan i have ever bought, and I buy a plan for EVERYTHING.
