I always get Geek Squad. I don't always have to use it, but when I have it's been a great purchase and well worth the money and sense of security. Good people who know what they are doing and the process if really easy.

I got my refrigerator replaced once and was happy. Depending on the price, I would stick with major appliances and electronics. If the item is like $200, and the protection plan is $39 don't waste your money .unless

Geek squad repaired my atv at home. They took care of everything. All I had to to was open the door and they did the rest! Fast too!!

Best Buy is the ONLY place I buy the warranty plans. There is never any hassle if I have to bring an item in for repair.

Let me count the times I have purchased Geek Squad. I would rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Kind of like insurance, right!?! I have needed it. Not often. It is awesome when I've taken products back to Best Buy, and since I purchased Geek Squad they give me a brand new replacement. Go Geek!

Once again, I have been saved by a geek squad protection plan. The quality we see in everyday items are not at all what they used to be. Its good to be able to reply on a solid backup plan when issues come up.

I am very impressed with the Geek Squad service—we’ve had damage from power storms in the past and had the damaged item replaced under the service agreement without a hitch.

Very helpful as I get expensive modems and they can go out. I’ve had 2 go out and replaced them with better modems for fractions of the price. It’s well worth it.

Thought that it was worth the coverage for my new modem $50 for 4 years

I will never buy anything (over $200) from Best Buy without also purchasing the geek squad warranty. It’s just not worth it to invest in some thing and not have the peace of mind to know that if you’re crazy son decides to throw a football at your router or vacuums up his bag of marbles, this geek squad warranty will cover everything. So glad that I got this because I have crazy kids... Who may or may not like to vacuum up marbles.
