I purchased Starlink through Best Buy and also purchased the 4 year protection plan. After just 19 days, the router on the Starlink went out so I had to go to Best Buy to exchange it via the warranty. I was told that the warranty is consumed immediately upon any claim. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY as this is a SCAM! They charged me another $54 for warranty when they will simply send the unit in to Starlink for replacement.

Bought this to help protect our router. With our current one dying during a firmware update and only coming with a 90 day warranty, we decided to buy geeksquad with the new one to cover us for a long time. The price was right for the coverage.

The only reason why I get warranty with Geek Squad, because I can just return it and get either fix or replace also if there a newer model I can get it just pay the difference.

Advise to purchase and protect your investment. My LG 50" 4K Ultra went BLANK less than 3 years! NO SOUND or PICTURE! SO GLAD for PURCHASED PROTECTION. Saved by extended warranty!

When you buy an expensive appliance, you would be a fool not to be a warranty. No one can predict what may happen in the future, even if the appliance is touted as being the best.

Helps making my internet faster than the makeshift equipment my provider would give me. I definitely recommend this if you have spectrum because their modem is trash.
