This warranty is an excellent service what else is there to say. Whenever I need my products covered it’s well worth paying the extra money knowing that my devices will be taken care of in the event of a technical failure or issue.

Geek squad came out to look at modem making sure it wasn’t anything I hooked up wrong well it was a bad modem and they gave me a free complimentary call was I surprised all I could say was thanks I was so happy then I got the geek squad sevice for sure

I purchased Best Buy's 4-Year Geek Squad Protection Plan on my Netgear AXE11000 Wi-Fi Router. I've used this protection plan before on other items and the coverage is great with no hassle.

I was excited to get this product protection for my new router. Now i feel super secure that if something goes wrong the geek squad has my back!! I surely hope nothing goes wrong but I know there will be help as soon as something arises!!!!!

Geek Squad blew my socks off with their amazing service I purchased an item that went bad 3 months after my 2 year Geek Squad warranty expired, and I was tentative but still gave them a call and I spoke to the most amazing agent on the phone that was able to make things happen for me and replaced the item to a slightly more expensive model being that the previous model I had is no longer available and only charged me the difference. I was blown away by this amazing service that I ended up purchasing 4 years warranty on the new product and will continually get Geek Squad protection on all my important gizmo moving forward. Thank you Geek Squad, especially the agent that helped me, you are a star, you ROCK!!!

Always worth it on electronics - at the very least, buy the one year and if you need it, it's worth it 10x over. If you don't, it's still worth not having to worry about your electronics.

All I had to do was call Best Buy and explain how much trouble I had with the Netgear Orbi. I was actually looking for a receipt and had forgotten that I had purchased a 4 year warranty. They immediately emailed me the receipt, said bring it to the store and replaced it with a different system (Eero in case anyone is interested). Thus far I’ve had no problems with it. I am certainly no tech wizard, but set up was a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with BB’s service!
