    I've only had to use this service once or twice in the past. It's usually a painless experience but sometimes there can be an agent that's just putting up a fight or trying to be elitist by making up reasons it doesn't qualify that are beyond the customer's control. I wish this weren't the case because I'd be able to give this 5 stars if it were consistently painless.

    Not what we expected! It started fine but as time passed the signal got weaker and we just unplugged it! On our way back to BESTBUY! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A TWO STORY HOUSE.
