Haven’t had to use it yet so I can’t comment on it

We decided the extended warranty was a good value.

I bought this for a pretty expensive piece of tech purchased from Best Buy. I haven't used it yet, so the jury is still out. I really hope they don't give me the runaround if I need to use this service. I'll update this post if they do.

It's safe to have the protection plan. If you're ever not protected then you have a problem. I've just never had to use it. I'm sure it's a good value to some electronics. I don't wanna Jinx myself, but I haven't had to use it.

I'm glad that I purchased this as back up in case anything happens to our equipment. We have not had to use it yet, so the jury is still out as to how easy it is to use and what they actually cover. I'll update it as time goes on.

Work well until the black out mess it up but it function time to time or sometimes it stop working

Would not connect to 2.4ghz network. Unimpressed by this. The gentleman that i dealt with was great, but a 14 return period is too short for a busy person

Okay a bit expensive and I am not sure it's better than buying the same product from Costco who has a generous return policy with no fees related to the purchase for the generous return practices.

Orbi router works wjen ut wamts to goes out occasionally

bought a router for $700 there and in 4 days the router lost all wifi, they do not have this router anymore and say they can not get a new one to replace the one I bought 4 days ago.

Nice to know I have it but haven't used it and worried during this quarantine that they couldn't come to my home if I need them.

I had a 2 year option and the did not offer it on the exact same router model. So I ended up with a more expensive 4 year. These routers never make it to 2 years.

I think this is a good service but I just didn’t use it as often as I thought I would which is the reason for the lower score.

Nice security/insurance in the event my product does not work. I purchased a product earlier without the protection plan and I am now stuck with that product

Great 4-year protection and replacement plan for the extra protection.

Pretty inappropriate question to use if you have yet to the extended protection plan.

Will never buy a product without one of these. just be careful with how you submit a ticket. Say the wrong thing and they will deny you.

Not used yet. Difficult to say if the warranty is worth the cost.
