Look at the over 13,000 BBB complaints, in the last 3 years, and I really don't need to say more. But, to sum up: Can't call directly to store, customer service over phone or chat gets you nowhere besides telling you to call store directly, which you can't. The store employees will give you the run around about using the replacement plan once you drive to the store to get it resolved, and their headquarters will do the same. I contacted BBB myself and Best Buy refuses to actually respond on BBB site. They will email you directly with nonsence until you finally just give up.

Easily one of the worst routers I’ve ever had. Constantly drops signal, doesn’t reach throughout a 1500 sq ft house. Doesn’t allow you to stream over 1 hour on twitch. Signal strength drops by waking into next room. Will be returning this asap.

Good to have just in case but will totally forget I have this if I ever need it.

It's very hard to reach a live person who speaks American and not the Queen's English or pigeon English. After you finally reach someone, they hang up on you or you're disconnected. When you first start talking to them, they ask for a good call back number in case you're disconnected, but they don't you call back! What a farse!

I have received nothing in writing from the Geek Squad. This is my only beef other then that I would give them 5 Stars.

When i purchased my 75in flat screen it was mounted over the fireplace by Best Buy technicians.

My product is protected. Not sure what else to say. Good to know that if I need a replacement, I am covered.

Only lasted for 3 months. Very happy I purchsed the warranty.

I hate paying for warranty's, but my last modem/router didn't last as long as it should have.

did not help get faster download speed than any other device. I would get max of 36mbps download speed compared to my almost 1k when just routing a long ethernet through my house into my gaming pc

Good idea to purchase a Protection Plan for any electronic

My product was under warranty, they would not replace the defective router under the manufacture warranty.they used the $65 4 year protection plan. And replaced the defective item. I now have to pay an additional $65 to protect the replaced router. Not happy! The manufacturer warranty should have replaced the defective equipment!

tried using Geek Squad for a repair. I was told I would have to bring my broken item to the store for repair. the store is over an hour away. It will take anywhere from 2 to 30 days for repairs. I wish I could get my wasted money back because Geek Squad is zero help.

What can I say, good for what it is - consider pros vs cons. not bad....
