Ot is annextra cost for Geek Squad to set up andnits even more expensive than it was necessary. I ended up doingnit with friend and family help. Geek squad is over rated. My opinion

havent had to use geek suad as of yet time will tell

I just pulled out my receipt and looked at it tonight and I realized that I was charged $35 for a protection plan that I did not purchase. I know this because I never buy protection plans I think there are a waste of money. I'm going back to the store tomorrow to get a refund.

I bought it in February 2021 and it failed in October 2021. It is still in the factory warranty period. While it worked it was very fast, also I bought an Orbi mesh router.

Not worth the money. They gave me the BIGGEST run around when I need assistance with my dryer, and my fridge. Stated that the manufacturer warranty had to service them first, and after that ran out, then they would kick in. WHY AM I PAYING FOR A WARRANTY THROUGH YOU IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO COVER MY ITEMS UNTIL AFTER A YEAR?

Don’t bother buying a geek squad warranty because they are useless in providing a return item. I’ve spent three weeks trying to get a return approved and I’ve gotten nothing but the runaround they told me they would contact me within 7 to 10 days when an approval and nobody contacted me very unhappy.

I purchased the Greek Squad on everything but now with Best Buy wanting you to pay to see the sales, have the emended return period, etc etc, in taking my business elsewhere. I would go out of my way to shop at Best Buy, and I'm rewarded by losing my earned Elite status.

No help what so ever wanted more money to come out. Called local store no help either..many phone call all different answers. And no refund for geek squad even though i sent back modem.

Sorry, but I would not recommend the geek squad. They totally screwed up my Dell Inspiron 17".

I had to have my internet and cable fixed after I connected it. That's why I wish I hadn't bought it, but at least I got my money back.

Haven't had to use service yet on the extender so don't know how good it is.

Haven’t ever even used this service. Don’t have laptop or desktop computers anymore. I always just use my I-phone X

This Netgear Nighthawk docsis 3.1 cable modem is junk. You pay for the Netgear name and that's is. Plastic junk, overheats, constantly resetting it and after 15 months is puked. Also, Geek Squad is a waste. Do it right, buy whatever it is via Amazon, you will get it in a day or 2 and no hassle fast returns or refunds.....

Can't really write a review on this as I've had no experience in using it as yet.

Protection Plan is nice, but it doesn't work when they cancelled the order of the modem I bought. So now I have a protection plan with nothing to protect.
