We were having trouble with loss of signal. Since we have streaming tv service, it became irritating having programs interrupted. Netgear is working pretty good so far. There have been no tv interruptions. It was a little difficult to set up because I don't have WPS on the router. I had to set up with the Nighthawk app. I had trouble with that, as the app could not find my router. Advice; make sure your mobile phone is connected to the Netgear signal, not your home wifi Do that through the settings in your phone, you'll see Netgear as an option to connect to. Connect your wifi expander directly to the router. I used a yellow cable from my box of random cables. On your mobile, you will be asked to put in your wifi's name and password, then Netgear will connect. when you finish, you can disconnect the cable and move the expander to wherever you want it. It was an hour of stress, but it's worth it!

I think I shouldn't need to buy a warranty because that supposed to be a great quality

Always have a warranty just in case if something goes wrong.

Not what i expected. Restrictions, restrictions, restrictions!

I placed this geek squad protection plan for the replacement router but was refunded when i returned the original damaged item. Bad business that they've not wanting to honor the original price and purchase! 0 stars!

Bring back a 90 day return policy and ditch these things. All they are is a rental plan with at most a forced gift card, so you get people stuck in the Best Buy loop.

not worth the price. Not able to help me install the device on the phone. I figured it out myself. I would get a refund since it will never do me any good.

Terrible waste of money, useless don’t waste your money

Not good. Technical support is terrible. Technicians don’t have knowledge or training to solve technical problems over the phone.

Modem failed within a year. No replacement was given even after I asked. I was given a refund instead.

I refunded this from an item I bought with this warranty. Soon after I returned the product so I wasn't able to use this warranty.

No service was provided and I didn't sign up for this.

Very slow to respond, repair did not last. Had buy another stove.

All I can say is this is fast. Deadzones are a thing of the past. I have a 3500SF home, this reaches the corners of the house, and the basement. Like that it has a guest wifi network. I am getting speeds up and down at the router of 980mbps, and in the 800 wireless on my MacBook Pro. Worth the investment if you want fast and reliable wifi.

Very good if it were useful. My products broke after ~ months and nothing was done.
