4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, life happens you never know what's going to happen.

I purchase have purchased several extended warranties with geek squad. And I have had to make a few claims, each time I have been offered a replacement. And if I didn't want the same exact product, I could get another brand, model of equal value.

They did a great job and were very friendly. They always take the time to help figure out the issue.

I got the one thought it was worth the money for such a low price. Anything that happens to it? I can return it and get a new one. Good deal.

The previous model was defective. Took us a while to figure this out but with the help of the cable company and Arris tech we finally figured it out. So we got a replacement and it works great.

never had an issue with geek squad protection plans, will always get them to be on the safe side even if i don't use them

I know what you’re thinking why buy warranty with Best Buy but I needed one of the nodes looked at and brought it right to the store and they reboot it under my warranty for free I basically saved $89 that I would of paid for a new one! Some items are just needing to be covered just in case of breakdowns
