The actual employees at my local Best Buy are the only reason this gets 3 stars. The service you get when calling the Best Buy Geek Squad is horrible. They speak English but not the greatest and explaining them an issue is almost impossible. Luckily the workers at Best Buy stepped in. They spent about 3 hours total explaining the situation to the 800 # Geek Squad people. They put us on hold constantly just to come back without and progress. They even tried saying they couldn't stay on the line any longer......( They had no clue what they were doing). They then hung up. After a lot of work by My local Best Buy employees they were able to honor my replacement. With no help at all from the 800 # people who are supposed to be the "specialists"

While I haven't needed to use this except for a couple times they have been excellent!! Glad I purchased the service

Great extra added protection to have when you purchase the product replacement plan. It eliminates the stress of having to get the product repaired. Just contact the Squad and if they can't repair it they will replace it.

I always pay extra now for the Geek Squad protection service. When something goes wrong they are quick to try getting it fixed or replaced with great customer service all the time. Thank you Best Buy for these plans.

A MUST!!! This is the only store that stands behind their extended warranties flawlessly! They take such good care of their customers. Customer service is on point! I don’t often even have to use the warranty on any equipment, but the 1 time I did I was so impressed! No fine reading required! It’s simple you have issues go speak to the staff explain your issue, and if it’s not repairable or unexplainable they replace it with equal value equipment if they don’t have that exact product. Can’t go wrong!!! If your purchasing anything of great value spend the extra $30-$40 and be worry free for 4 YEARS! LOVE IT! Loyalty to customers is a beautiful thing! And not seen often these days! Don’t pass up on a rare offer that is HONEST!
