This wasn’t explain well to us. My products are fine so we have not had to replace.

Glad I purchased this. I had a power outage and my new router stopped working. I made an appointment and went in. I was not happy with the wait, waited 20-30 min past my appointment time but the two guys behind the counter were working so I think it was just a busy time. I walked up to the counter and he said "go get a new one". It was that easy. That changed my mind about the extended warranty.

Great service and lives up to the reputation. While I don't hope that I need this, it is great peace of mind.

I feel so much better having geek squad protection for my items. It so much easuer to take your items in locally to get fixed instead of having to package and send them places. The geek squad representatives are always friendly and super knowledgeable.

No they didn't install it we installed it ourselves

I think it’s great that they’ll come out and fix it within four years of me having my product.

Always purchase an extended warranty when buying most electronics, you want have to pay full price if replacement is needed.

The peace of mind is well worth the price of the protection plan. The insurance plan, especially the accidental handling version, covers you for stuff that’s out of your control and having peace of my that your tech is protected is well worth it.

As always the geek squad service had been amazing. They are alway willing to help and try to fix what ever problem you have.

I love this it makes general usage so much easier!

Very happy with the plan. We bought a TV and it ghosted the time that was supposed to be in the corner but it enlarged over the entire screen. Took it in and they exchanged it with no problems. Also helped when we got a puppy who had separation anxiety and chewed up our gaming headset
