Best Buy has the best warranty when it comes to your devices or items not working. With their HASSLE FREE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED approach is awesome. They will replace the item, or provide a refund, so that you may purchase a new one. Its always a good Idea to protect your investment

I have not had to utilize geek squad's service to their full extent, but the few interactions I have had when I needed them were pleasant and very helpful.

Geek squad is awesome. Ive had to use it for phones ive broke in the past. They used to give you one on the spot at no charge. Now they send you a phone. Its generally within 2 days.

The in store service desk Clerks are very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me dispose of an old Laptop and explained the process to me to let me know everything is destroyed and none of my info can be hacked or stolen. Great service

I don’t care for geek squad. They ripped me off in the past using generic chargers. Would love to win the $400 gift card to make up for that. Am a broke college student, been used and abused and need an iPad for school

Easy to use the warranty. I don’t buy warranties from other stores, however, I always buy the Geek Squad warranty from Best Buy. Never had any issues and great customer service.

I had eero devices for 2 years and the wires became worn out. I was able to take it in and get a full replacement for the whole unit. Amazing warranty!

I don't usually buy maintenance plans, but after buying a Netgear modem/router combo from Amazon, and having it crap out after two months, and Amazon not honoring the warranty, I decided I better get the protection. This time I bought it from Best Buy.

Without cheap, they make electronics and other items. It’s always good to have a warranty.

I bought the extended warranty when I bought the Google nest. Because I know electronics and power outages with storms or transformers blowing can really damage electronics. So I bought the 4 year warranty just because I know that Best Buy stands by their warranty’s.

Better safe than sorry. Never know when you’ll need them.
