I've been with Best Buy for over a decade and I've have very few problems with the Geek Squad service. I'm also able to say that most of the Techs are polite, professional and know their work. I practice using the service on anything that cost more than I can't afford to lose.

I love the security this service provides. It's really nice to know that Best Buy has my back if something goes wrong with my purchases.

Geek Squad Product Replacement, is one of the only warranties or product Replacement plans I will purchase on my equipment as Best Buy keeps their work and they follow through with what they say.

Anytime I make a substantial purchase from Best Buy, I always buy the protection plan. Just bring back the defective item, and get a replacement.

You do not need to purchase any extra storage even though other reviews I watch said that you need to buy it you don't just connect it to your phone it works wonderful when I'm away from home I'm able to talk to my daughter through the camera

Love the geek squad protection. "Toys" for young children these days cost a fortune, but kids are still kids and accidents happen. For such a large monetary investment, this protection is a given, to me.

Very unstable, 2ghz signal drops out occasionally requiring reboot to maybe fix it. 5G signal very weak and a lot of buffering during srreaming. I ha e a small house and nothing that is connectwd is very far away.
