This is a great product Andis warranty that I wanted to use I've always bought from Best buy I would recommend buying any warranty from Best buy as needed so I would never go anyone out anywhere else to buy a warranty thank you for all your service

My advice to anyone would be, don't purchase any product without this warranty. We just replaced our Samsung TV with a brand new one, with no money out of our pocket, because we had the replacement warranty on it.

The best service from Best Buy- The service was fast and completely done in one visit.

Love the oops warrenty as i call it.when thinga go wrong warrenty or.store.return date, this makes it so much easier to get a replacement.

There has been a lot of storms this year and twice my router got hit and its on a surge protector. Thank god for warranty Best buy replaced quickly no questions asked. Love it

I am impressed with the Geek Squad agent. He had a very difficult time with the modem bur kept on it until he succeeded. He installed ROKU and gave me a tutorial, I still don't understand it (not his fault).

I always purchase the Geek Squad product replacement whenever buying something that costs more than a couple hundred dollars. The protection is a fraction of the cost, and it makes repairs/replacements a painless process.

I always get the protection plans. I am a total tech support member and plans are sold to me at a discounted rate. I like the feeling I get knowing I have additional coverage to protect my investment in the case of a breakdown.

For a $200 modem, $40 for 4 years is a bargain in case something happens to the modem. Compared to spending $10-15/month on a rental, this is a no brainer way to go.

We purchased a 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement service package for our NETGEAR Nighthawk Wi-Fi 6 Router. Hope we never need it, but even one support case will more than repay the modest fees.

If you got any problems that you dont have time for or youtube cant answer than geek squad can get the job done!
