Very happy with the Best Buy Geek Squad Product Replacement. They have kept their word for me in the past and it is one of the only warranty or quality product protect protection plans i would ever purchase on a product.

Haven't had to use the product replacement for the netgear product it was bought for but i have used it in the past for other things. The process is always easy to use and everyone is usually nice.

You will need this because warranty will run out before it breaks and your getting a little longer to swap it out
