This came in handy because our internet constantly shuts down. We used it to replace our modem and was able to get a new one at a great price. When we realized that wasn’t the issue, we returned our router and got it for a great price too. We just paid for a new 2 year plan.

When it is a replacement is very easy! Go over customer and tell the employee is not working and you will get a new one off the shelf

Replacement policy purchased on laptop so if something went wrong it could be replaced. So far I haven't needed to utilize policy.
