Haven't used it yet but I'm sure I'd have no issue returning an item that is covered under this agreement. Best Buy has never disappointed me with any of my purchases.

The easiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. When it’s a replacement it means you go to the store and replace it right away, you don’t have to wait at all!

I recommend always getting the extended warranty, it doesn't cost much and it's easier to go through Best Buy with any issues vs working with the manufacturer.

So if you are getting this for Xfinity, it won’t have an issue getting you 2gig download. But it is capped at 40mbps upload. I had to buy a Hitron Coda56 from Amazon and was able to get 400mbps upload. So the nighthawk will do the job if you don’t care about not getting your upload speed you pay for.

The geek Squad fixed my computer and Installed Microsoft software.

I wasn't planning on buying the Geek Squad plan. But I'm I glad I did I've used it to install my husband stereo, update a computer with little or no charges

It's safe to have the protection plan. If you're ever not protected then you have a problem. I've just never had to use it. I'm sure it's a good value to some electronics. I don't wanna Jinx myself, but I haven't had to use it.

I am 76 and hope I outlive the warranty i purchased. I have used these warranties in the past and highly recommend them. Thanks
