The actual employees at my local Best Buy are the only reason this gets 3 stars. The service you get when calling the Best Buy Geek Squad is horrible. They speak English but not the greatest and explaining them an issue is almost impossible. Luckily the workers at Best Buy stepped in. They spent about 3 hours total explaining the situation to the 800 # Geek Squad people. They put us on hold constantly just to come back without and progress. They even tried saying they couldn't stay on the line any longer......( They had no clue what they were doing). They then hung up. After a lot of work by My local Best Buy employees they were able to honor my replacement. With no help at all from the 800 # people who are supposed to be the "specialists"

I wouldn’t be buy anything with out a warranty electronics can go at any time and they to costly to replace

Best warranty plan on the planet! If you purchase anything expensive, you gotta have this awesome plan
