My guy setup my new TV and soundbar very efficiently. He removed my old TV for recycling. He demonstrated how to use the remote controls for both TV and soundbar, and was very patient with my questions.

The title should say it all. I have 5 GBPS symmetrical speeds and my previous TP-Link router worked but I’ve never experienced this great of a connection at home even with the same speeds. I’ve tested 3 different products and these came out on top. They’re pricey but if you can swing it - you won’t be disappointed. Proper placement is crucial to get the most out of the product. I’ve also played around with some of settings. The security and parental control settings are an annual fee that’s under $50. But absolutely worth it IMO.

I have always purchased warranties with my products as they are an investment to me. I have dealt with the Geek squad on several occasions and have NEVER been happier with the their professional and quality service!! They have saved me on a few occasions in where I needed their assistance the most at the worst times!

From past experience, this is an easy add on. Don't waste your time on haggling with the manufacturer.

Haven’t had to use it but worth the money. Any problems drop it off and pick it up. Definitely worth the service fee incase you need to ever use it.

good to have protection on most products that are quickly dated. it will save you on upgrading

I have purchased the Geek Squad Product replacement plans on almost everyone I have bought from Best Buy over the past 5 years. One of the most hassle-free plans out there. I just bring it in and they replace with the same product and they allow me to purchase another one. In this day and age, equipment just isn't made as good as it used to be and I don't have to mess with waiting for items to be repaired or any complicated return process. Just bring it in and if they have the same item in stock, they will replace the defective item. When they have not had the same item in stock, I have been able to upgrade the item and pay the difference if the price is higher, which I don't mind either. This is a great deal!

Not had to use yet. Hoping I don’t I have to. If something happens I will definitely be using it. Due to have to have my equipment for work.
