Always great to have. Almost everything I buy from BB I get the protection plan.

This was two wasted hours of my time between trying to set it up and 2 trips to best buy to buy it then return it. I tried every thing in the books to make this thing works and it would never connect to the internet. why do i need to trouble shoot new wifi router . also the soft ware to connect it is so unnecessary. why do you I need a netgear account and allowing access to my phone etc etc. it should be plug in, enter password and go. any way i went back and picked another brand and it took less than 5 minutes to connect . Stay away. netgear used to be the only option over 10 years ago. no they are the worst option . I say that from experience with two different net-gear devises.

I am impressed with the speeds I am getting from this system. Just single router has twice the coverage of my old apple airport extreme... insane!

It is completely impossible to access the router. You can't access it with a computer, or a phone, ethernet or Wi-Fi. But you'll definitely waste hours of your time and your life on the phone with Netgear who won't even replace a modem router that is less than 2 months old and not working properly. This is total junk we will no longer be buying anything from Netgear going forward we've been loyal to them for a decades we're done.

The router does the basics but be aware if subscription costs if you want more functionality. Also, expect lots of sales pitches for those subscriptions.

Did a great job extending my home network to a multi-level home. Was going to hardwire, but not needed with this.

The device itself is great. But the extension cord causes my pc to crash.
