It is completely impossible to access the router. You can't access it with a computer, or a phone, ethernet or Wi-Fi. But you'll definitely waste hours of your time and your life on the phone with Netgear who won't even replace a modem router that is less than 2 months old and not working properly. This is total junk we will no longer be buying anything from Netgear going forward we've been loyal to them for a decades we're done.

The router does the basics but be aware if subscription costs if you want more functionality. Also, expect lots of sales pitches for those subscriptions.

Did a great job extending my home network to a multi-level home. Was going to hardwire, but not needed with this.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I works great if you turn off all security and leave your network open. Once you use any security features, it will often block you from being able to access the internet. When you try to access it with your smart phone, it doesn't find the device half the time. When you try to login with your computer, it makes you reset your password repeatedly. I am so disappointed with this router and it cost so much. I'm finally throwing in the towel after 6 months and buying a new router. I guarantee I'll never buy a Netgear router ever again. BTW....requires frequent calls to tech support to get it to work. Once you've had it for a few months, the tech support is no longer free and you have to pay to get help using your device. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They installed router and connected all wireless devices and fixed dead spots in house

Based on the detailed information about this product it stated it had 2 ethernet and 2 WAN ports. I was expecting both units to have 2 ports. Only one has 2 ports and the other is more of a satellite. I feel that is misleading and needs to be corrected in the description.

The eero 6 works ok. The problem is the ethernet cable was only 3 feet long. I had to go and purchase a longer one. Suggestion to put in a 6 foot cable.
