Not compatible with Optimum Voice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm more upset with Best Buy than Optimum. Drove to another state to pick this up. CSR insisted this would work for Optimum. Came home and spent a week with no phone and 4 phone calls with Optimum Tech Support. It's not compatible if you have Optimum Voice!!! Returning to Best Buy

Failed too soon
