I bought the 4 yr geek squad service for my new refrigerator when I bought it. I bought it just for the peace of mind. We have not had to use it.

A great product to offer support of a higher priced item

Not sure I’ll get to use this. It’s a safety net for the kids, but like the universe likes to play games i may need it the day after it expires.

We have used the Geek Squad for many of our technology issues over the years and have always had great service.

Geek Squad is well worth it. Even if you think you won't need it, get it. It will save money down the road.

I don't always feel the service plans are worth it, but a 4-year plan for $35 on a modem/router costing close to $200 seems like a good value.

I like getting my products from Best Buy because that have the best warranty prices and changing my product if it does not work is very easy.
