    I always buy a warranty from Best Buy when its needed. Like TVs, Computers, etc. Why? Because Best Buy has ALWAYS taken care of me and my products.

    Nice to know you won't have to argue to get something fixed, they will just replace it. Also really nice to have 4 year coverage since we have a newborn now

    Always get geek squad with big purchases. Only had an issue with them with my laptop that was never fixed. Haven’t had to use them for other items

    talked to geeksquad in person to request replacement of defective modem, they said just bring it in to return and will get refund. Tried to talk to reps over the phone, and took hours to not even get a correct answer. Glad they where able to accept the return without a problem
