Good for always connected devices which have high chances of wear and tear. But a 2 year policy with a less price premium should be offered

Haven't had to use it yet - but got it to protect the TP Link Deco mesh wifi I just bought, as it was so expensive. If/when I have to use the service and coverage - I will leave a more impressionable review. Let's hope I never have to activate it.

Geek squad is very helpful. Small towns come with longer waits

We are using this geek squad protection, we like having the coverage in case something goes wrong.

Router has good wi-fi range but it stopped working randomly and would not DHCP from the internet provider. Ended up putting my old wifi router back in place. Firmware is up to date. Many people have this issue apparently.

decent if you believe you may need to ever use it, i have and it saved me a bunch of out of pocket costs

What can I say, it’s geek squad protection. Hopefully I never have to use it, but it’s a great peace of mind to have.

Four year warranty great you never know when the pilot my fall apart easy to exchange wants to take it back to the store

Anytime I buy an electronic device with a value of more than $50 I always put the protection plan on it. Worth every penny.

Paid for itself in year 2 when it stopped working.

Haven't used it yet this time but they have come through in the past. Good piece of mind knowing they will again if needed.

I've only had to use this service once or twice in the past. It's usually a painless experience but sometimes there can be an agent that's just putting up a fight or trying to be elitist by making up reasons it doesn't qualify that are beyond the customer's control. I wish this weren't the case because I'd be able to give this 5 stars if it were consistently painless.

Don’t have to worry about replacing an expensive modem. If it messes up the warranty has you covered
