Protection plans are a must. Too many electronics break after a year or two. Protection plan covers this so you get a brand new one…. No brainer

I recently purchased a new router, it was fast, but it did not have the service range like my old router. Then I purchased the NETGEAR nighthawk mesh system, and it is leaps and bounds faster and better. Setup was very easy, the nighthawk app handles it for you.

If you are looking for absolute total coverage of your house an beyond. This is the router your looking for!!!!! Look no further an BUY THIS ONE!!!! I have had internet all the way to my mailbox an I don't live in a city or town. Now think about this "Imagine walking through a field an still surfing the net with this router at your house." It can be a reality I know cause I did it with a tablet!!!!! An that's not even the best thing about this router. Look at the price!!!!!

This device is pretty good, all I had to do was plug it in and it instantly connected, so there was literally no setting up the device or anything. Also, with this device replacing the need for a Lan cable I would say it performs great. It runs as a great alternate; in case you can't run a Lan cable across the house.

Chances are, anything you buy these days will only last a couple of years, so get the replacement plan and when it stops working get a new one!

Geek squad protection plan is great if anything happens within the years it is protected anything within a reason.

We were having issues with our wi-fi router that our ISP provided. A senior tech from the ISP came to troubleshoot and said that what the ISP gave us was junk. He said the best way to solve our wi-fi issue was to spend some money and get a NightHawk like he used with his family at home. We bought one, got it the next day, followed the simple setup instructions, and now our wi-fi actually works as intended. Great product. Definitely get one of these if you need your wi-fi to be as fast as possible while being reliable as well!

Works great as expected. I have used these small switches for decades and not much has changed. They just work till hit by lightening. I like to keep a spare in the closet as a quick backup.

Netgear Cax80 is outstanding We love our Netgear Nighthawk Cax 80. Looking forward to using it for a long time. We're finally getting close to the speeds that we are paying for.

I had 2.4 Ghz single band Netgear wifi cable modem. It worked great until recently due to high channel interference in my townhouse from neighbors. I set channel from "auto" to a less crowded fixed channel (check with WiFi analyzer app). It gets better but not perfect. From WiFi analyzer I find 5 GHz channel only has 2 users. So I decide to buy a dual band WiFi cable modem. As my Xfinity subscription is only 128 Mbps, this 16x4 is good enough for me with very good price. Overnight I self activate it over Xfinity (take only several minutes) then connect my OnePlus smartphone and laptop over 5 GHz (not use "auto" channel but a fixed channel after checking with WiFi analyzer app to minimize interference) The internet speed is 110 Mbps downstairs and 75 Mbps upstairs. Very happy about this purchase.

The Orbi AX4200 is amazing! So incredibly easy to setup, configure securely and get all my devices connected. I was using the Verizon FIOS "black" router with my 200mbps internet. Outside my house not even off my property, i'd lose WiFi completely. In the house near the router, i'd get at best 100mbps. It would drop just one floor up to below 50mbps. With the new Orbi, anywhere in my house i'm getting over 300mbps (yes over 300). Outside in my yard, in the driveway, out front and even beyond my property...still over 300. Netgear knocked this out of the park!!!

It’s on the expensive side, but the ease of installation and speed absolutely make it worth it. We’re steaming several HD TV’s, laptops and everyone’s iPhones and it’s up to the task. Well done Netgear.

Finally went to a mesh system from a traditional router and I couldn’t be any happier! With every house these having so much technology connected to the wifi this was a really good upgrade. Since the new system I have not noticed any dead spaces, connection drop, range issues, or slow connection. Would definitely recommend if you are using to run multiples streaming devices and gaming devices.

Great router, plug and play for the most part and I have better coverage now
