Extremely happy we purchased the 4 yr. Standard Protection Plan on a product that defected 6 months done the road. The Geek Squad was great, exchanged the product for a brand new one and now we have peace of mind for another 4 years!

This is a great protection plan. I ALWAYS take them up on it. You literally NEVER know when you will need it. From past experiences I can definitely suggest to do it.

4 year warranty. That's a descent warranty. For a multi disc player. That must have lots of confidence in their product. Hopefully we wont need to use it. But have it if needed.

Hard to get info on the phone. Computer Chat works pretty well. In person help at store is best. The Geeks know their stuff. Great job on transferring data from old computer b
