Bought the four year warranty for my Sony receiver. I haven’t had to use the geek squad warranty yet.

I recently had the GEEJ Squad install my 7.2 Sony receiver. I bought the 4 year protection plan. if something should go wrong with receiver the GEEK Squad is there to makeit right

Worth it to know you have a team of professionals on your side!

Every time I have purchased an extended service plan through Best Buy, the Geek Squad has sent professional and skilled people to make repairs. When bringing a product into the store for repair or replacement, the transaction occurs quickly and without hassle.

Affordable service. Have not had to use the service, but just to know that someone has your back just incase is always a good thing. I feel confident in the service that they offer.

Definitely recommend protecting your products when shopping at Best Buy.

This turned out to be a good buy. Within the time frame I bought a couple of TVs and this plan gave discounted installation along with protection of the products.

This is a great protection plan. I ALWAYS take them up on it. You literally NEVER know when you will need it. From past experiences I can definitely suggest to do it.

Extremely happy we purchased the 4 yr. Standard Protection Plan on a product that defected 6 months done the road. The Geek Squad was great, exchanged the product for a brand new one and now we have peace of mind for another 4 years!
