    Good FM Quality

    The FM radio is great, gets really good reception and sounds really nice. However the bluetooth quality can better. You have to turn the volume up to the highest setting on bluetooth to hear anything and the sound quality is a bit muffled.

    I was totally disappointed with BEST BUY, not yamaha BEST BUY. I ordered a NEW yahama RX 6A6 $2449.00 plus tax. BB sent me an open box item batteries already in the remote all accessories was open the packing was broken receiver had finger prints all over it and they wanted to say it’s new. Then they wanted me to send it back and wait for another one. I drove 60 miles to the nearest store to return it the same night I opened it. I have purchased many items from BB in store but I will NEVER shop BB again. Reason after I went 60 miles to return it they wanted my to drive back to get another one in the store 5 days later and still pay full price no discount or upgrade offered. I got my full refund and told them I will purchase it from another company. They need to be called WORST BUY

    Sound Quality Isn't Great!

    I love the fact that this fits into the Sonos platform and that I can stream music throughout the house but I honestly don't feel the sound is any better than a Sonos One but at 3-4x the price I feel this was a bit expensive. I connected to my TV and replaced a Polk sound bar and the sound quality is actually worse than the Polk which was a $150 soundbar. I'm debating returning, keeping the Polk and simply adding a Sonos One to stream music for a fraction of the price.

    Purchased a Sonos Move 2 from Best Buy and the unit keeps dropping out for a second or two while listening to music. This has happened from day 1. Beware when buy refurbished from Best Buy, they don't inspect and test very thoroughly. I thought I had 30 days to return, but only had 2 weeks so I can't return it. I was out of town. Horrible service and product. Next time online from the biggest seller that starts with an A.

    Terrible Software

    Terrible software--set up was not quick and easy as it kept failing to connect and had to spend an hour retrying. Support was not at all helpful. Finally got it set up, unplugged router for a moment, and speaker was of course lost. When trying to reconnect it wouldn't. Spent 30 minutes trying and it kept failing to connect--problem is that it plays a tone to find the speaker but the tone was too low to be heard. So just turn up the volume right? Can't do that until its connected. Brilliant. Had the phone right next to speaker and it couldn't detect it. So I essentially bought a $200 paper weight. Also disappointed that there is not an option to have an incoming phone call pause the music. Returning it and will never buy another Sonos product.

    Not Bluetooth compatible

    This is not Bluetooth compatible. It only has Wi-Fi or connected to your TV via HDMI. You can use music apps from your device via the Sonos app. I wanted to connect my record player via Bluetooth and this sound bar is unable to do that apparently. The Sonos customer care suggested I buy, another satellite speaker to connect to that sound bar. I just spent nearly $1000 on this sound bar now they want me to buy another speaker no thank you

    Great expectations, but not to be

    Took delivery of this Formation Flex, single speaker. It's MAC address is not found on three different devices, an iPad, a Motorola Z2 Play mobile, an HP zBook. Those three devices however each would display the MAC address of the other two and quickly paired (Bluetooth) among themselves. None of these three ever reported the MAC address printed on the label on the bottom of the Flex. I've tried multiple times of unplug/plug in and the 5 second reset button hold until the tone is emitted. I've tried different rooms within my home; the result is the same. Now approaching the definition of insanity; same thing but expecting different results. Sent an email with details of the problem and received a support ticket number in response, but as yet no response from Bower & Wilkins support. I'm disappointed and would expect better for a unit costing 300+ dollars. I'm returning this to Best Buy and letting them determine what the problem is and will try something else.

    Consider other options

    Receiver was easy to set up. It sounds great, but with in 4 days the HDMI inputs started to go out. I was down to 2/7 inputs working after 4days. Not sure of why, but nearly all inputs went out in a day (Working when I went to bed/ not working when I woke up).

    No Service for Small Items

    I purchased this for wireless headphones. The only way to receive service is to physically go to a Best Buy, which is not possible for my elderly relative. Right on the purchase confirmation it says "Get Help in Person, schedule an in-home appointment with a local Geek Squad Agent". After 45 minutes of being on hold and transferred four times, I was told only TVs larger than 42" are serviceable in-home. What a huge disappointment, this plan is of no value to me because my relative is a shut-in.

    Junk fm section

    My 43 yr old VC receiver has better fm reception than this new receiver I bought a couple of months ago. Antenna system is junk, can on get a few stations. Need to improve your provided antenna

    I purchased this coverage for my Bose speaker. I had the world's BEST sales person at Lake Forest Best Buy, Adam, and he said he purchases Geek Squad protection. If you trust your sales person, you take his recommendation. If you don't trust him or her, then go find Adam.
