Bought the protection plan just in case I need it. Have not needed to use it, at this point in time.

Never fails had trouble with denon and got it replaced ASAP

I hopefully will never use this but highly recommend for all higher priced electronics or appliances. You really don't want to go thru the manufacturer if at all possible.

It is a plus to have this part of your purchase. I have used it in the past. Fast and excellent services, no questions asked.

Got this for an appliance. You'll need it for peace of mind as you never know when your appliance will have an issue.

Had an issues with the last receiver I had And with the extended warranty we were able to get it fixed with out charge.

I always get the protection plans with electronics due to their necessity. Great protection Plan for the price of the product!

I got Geek Squad warranty on Denon receiver. Only used 1 1/2 years before receiver didn’t work. They Replaced receiver and had to buy a NEW warranty. Didn’t get credit for time I didn’t use, but I got a new unit which I did have to pay more for. But overall I was glad to get new receiver.

I dislike the unit don’t have an independent tuner botton

This is a great entertainment center for your TV without it you wouldn't have the great sounds that come around you

Since everybody is at home now using their electronics there is more risk for your equipment fail, GeekSquad totally worth it

I had a receiver go bad due to an electrical storm and Best Buy replaced it immediately when it could not be repaired. I purchase protection plans for all expensive electronic equipment.

Greek squad is always helpful. Hopefully won’t need to cash in on this policy but nice to know it’s there if needed
