Didn't work out.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit didn't work out. Within 24-hours the unit began cycling by turning on and off repeatedly. We returned the unit - didn't replace with another.

Incompetent Customer Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is hard contact them over the phone. People and even the supervisor on the customer are so impolite. They don’t know how to help us with our problems. Just told us to go to the store where we bought our washer and dryer.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought my Sony home theater receiver for FM repair, after short conversation they found out that I have problems with FM and made me wait for 3 hours to tell me that they are not able to fix my FM in that location.

A good product but needs a sub output
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was concerned that this would not have enough power for my Sonus Faber Sonetto VIII speakers. Prior to my purchase, I was using an older Denon 5308 receiver connected to an Emotiva XPA 7 external amplifier, but my receiver died, and I needed to replace it with something. At this stage in my life, I no longer have surround sound and music is most important and so I was looking at stereo integrated amplifiers and preamplifiers. I can say without a doubt that this unit has plenty of power to drive my large floor standing speakers. I never turn the volume knob above approximately 25%. The music also sounds better than ever coming from my Denon DNP2000NE network player, Denon 1600 CD player, and my records have NEVER sounded better using the phono stage in this unit. It is more dynamic, open, and the soundstage is much better. My one criticism is that this unit does not have a sub output with minimal bass management. It has tone controls but increasing the bass via the control does not only boosts lower frequencies. It actually changes the signature and characteristics of the sound - for the worse in my opinion. Also, I tend to use Source Direct, so these controls are disengaged anyway. A sub output with minimal bas management would help because bass even with my large speakers, is lacking. With that said, I would recommend this product.

Fantastic audio for movies and music!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros : Easy to Setup, Easy to Use, Speech Enhancement, Superior Sound Cons : TV Audio cuts out once in a while for few secs Best Uses : TV & Music, Large Rooms, Enhanced TV Audio Describe Yourself : Tech Savy, Music Enthusiast, Movie Buff I use in our 15 ft by 40 ft open space living room which flows into the kitchen. The Arc Soundbar + Sonos Sub Gen 3 is our set up. Please ensure you set the Sony (2020 and later) TV audio output format to Auto 1 (Send compressed audio) and the coding to Dolby Digital Plus and the eARC output to just pass through mode. I had set these to PCM and struggled with way-below-par Dolby Atmos experience as well as frequent audio cutting out issues. No manual tells you this! Once I set the TV output to Auto 1, Dolby Digital Plus and eARC as Auto (pass through), the sound quality is just mind blowing. Pros: - Easy to set up - Excellent sound quality - I had a Bose vintage (2008) 2.1 system and this thing just blows the Bose out of the water (I know it is not a fair comparison) - Fantastic build quality - Looks great, minimalistic design and oozes 'I am premium' from every pore Neither pro nor con: - The Dolby Atmos (yes I have eArc on my 2021 TV and have set up the audio signals on pass through mode) is great, but don't expect it to be like a real surround-sound set up or with ceiling speakers. At best, this tries to simulate that feeling - I tested by playing some Apple Spatial audio + Dolby Atmos music in my set up and compared to how it sounds in a friend's multi-speaker amp driven system. Still, Arc is way better than a non-Dolby Atmos soundbar (compared it to Sonos Playbar) Cons: - Pricey but hey, what you pay is what you get

Sonos Era 100 - works with Google home
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is incredible. Crystal clear sound and a heavy bass. There is a loudness option that really enhanced the bass. It comes with sonos radio which is good, because there are no ads, but you can't skip tracks unless you subscribe to Sonos radio; there also aren't enough playlists/stations, but maybe subscribing will add more. There is NO GOOGLE ASSISTANT, but you can connect it to Google home and control it through Bluetooth. Sonos' voice assistant is only good for controlling the sound, but it's okay because I also have a Google nest mini for Google assistant. There is only bass and treble sound control, but Sonos trueplay tuning makes up for that.

HIGH QUALITY STUFF
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Who spends $550 on a portable speaker this size??? The people that truly understand what they are getting. If you are NOT into HIGH quality audio, then do NOT spend the money at all. You can get something very decent that will most likely please you for almost half the price. This speaker is simply phenomenal in some many different levels. Yes, it is expensive, but it is worth every SINGLE penny. Again, buy IF you are looking for something TOP notch. Otherwise, save your money.

Sonos, Google Assistant and BT in a portable!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced a portable JBL speaker that had a dead battery. Having Sonos, Google Assistant and Bluetooth in a single, portable speaker is fantastic, especially if you are already invested in the Sonos platform (we have already have 2 Ports for outdoor speakers, as well as the Arc and a subwoofer for the primary TV). Setup was a breeze, I was done in around 2 minutes, including an automatic software update. Sound quality is better than expected for such a small, portable footprint. Would highly recommend.
