We've recently had some issues with our TV. We purchased the Geek Squad warranty which has definitely paid off. Geeks were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and careful when fixing our issue and remounting our very large TV.

Things break unexpectedly. This is a must buy specially for products that are used daily.

We are enjoying our Yamaha receiver. Mike with the Geek squad was great to work with for installation. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable!! We highly recommend Mike and his services!!

Have not needed to use it so far, but wouldn't want to be without it in the event a high dollar piece of equipment I purchased through Best Buy were to fail outside of the customary one year manufacturers warranty. Especially if they're coming to my place to fix it.

Just get the product protection. It will save you one day.

I always buy geek squad protection for all my products purchased if given that option-if I have ever had any issues with a product I simply have returned it and have gotten a new product.

Don’t buy this warranty. Best Buy are liars!!! This is false advertising!!!! No one specifies that the warranty is for different things depending on product when u purchase. I HATe Liars and BEST BUY They used to b a good company. But for the last few years it’s always something!!

Never have to worry about calling the manufacturer when everything is handeled at best buy

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan on all of my big ticket items from Best Buy!!!! Whenever I have a problem, with the Geek Squad protect plan, I know I'm covered and it's hassle free service!!!! I'm now protected for 4 years for $20... you can't beat that anywhere!!!

Best Buy extended warranties are the only ones I routinely purchase. I’ve used them to repair/replace TV’s and other expensive electronics and appliances for years.

Some service plans aren't cost effective or are limited in options or longevity. This was a great value. I purchased the headset for a senior family member so it made sense for worry free enjoyment for years.
