Geek Squad transferred my old laptop to the newly purchased one, then assisted installation of CD software via their external drive.

The great protection plan that gives a back up on electronic failures...

On the begging we had little problems, but I think it was just adjusting. To control the volume you don’t have to use an app, it sinks with tv and you’ll able to use the remote

So worth getting Greek squad protection. Very helpful staff and worth every penny to insure your product. Especially an expensive product.

These guys flawlessly set up an entire klipsch system to Dolby Atmost. I was extremely happy with the set up and results of my installations.

Anytime I am dealing with electronics that I use a lot and are kinda expensive, it is good to have some insurance as a just in case (I have pets and it can be a disaster). Honestly though the less money you have to pay for something, the less you probably actually want to put insurance on it because it becomes pointless. Just use your discretion!

I haven’t had to use the protection just yet, but extra protection just in case some goes wrong is always good to have.

We have always been satisfied with the service Geek squad has provided. We have several laptops and receivers with protection.

I have no worries for the next 4 years. I've had products that I regret not getting the protection. Usually if things break down it's right after the manufacturer's warranty. Go figure.

I really enjoy purchasing extended warranties from BB. It is always very easy to process the exchange, return, repair, etc. Won't buy anything without Geek Squad on my side.

An excellent CD changer with a lot of features. It can play up to six CDs in random order if desired. I highly recommend this item.
