Got this for an appliance. You'll need it for peace of mind as you never know when your appliance will have an issue.

These headphones are clear and crisp, I bought them for my dad that is hard of hearing and he loves them. The convenient charge station is great and quick charging.

I bought this warranty for a great price. I don’t used at this time. But I believe in Best Buy warranty. I used in the past for my laptop and never fail me.

I always get the protection plans with electronics due to their necessity. Great protection Plan for the price of the product!

Had an issues with the last receiver I had And with the extended warranty we were able to get it fixed with out charge.

I have always bought protection for my electronic equipment. What I am writing is an overall review of all my experiences with black tie / geek squad protection. It used to be better with very little issues returning broken items. I feel like now it depends on which manager is working and if they will honor the protection plan or give you a load of grief over the issues. I have been given wildly conflicting information from visit to visit. One manager or employee will tell you one thing then you are told something different when you encounter problems. I feel that electronics are built less and less reliably these days so protection is a must and therefore I will keep buying it and hoping the managers at Best Buy will honor the plans.

Geek Squad Protection plan keeps all of my computers working nicely. They have removed several virus quickly. Well worth the money.

Just when your product fails and your outside of mfg warranty you will be glad you purchased geek squad protection. Will not make major purchase without it

I always buy the protection plans from Bestbuy, they fix things when they go bad and do it timely. Always look the difference between a 2 year and 4 year and buy what you need. Most cases i Buy 4 upfront because anything we pay more than 500 will stay put like that for years and it needs protection anyway.

Geek squad protection is well worth it. I know you hate to spend the extra money. But the piece of mind knowing it will be repaired or replaced is very nice to have
