Responsive and efficient. Purchasing these extended warranties is a good way to provide peace of mind for open box purchases.

I have not needed to use this service yet so I cannot speak to how Best Buy would handle service claims but I remain hopeful that if something does happen, they will pull through.

Extremely happy we purchased the 4 yr. Standard Protection Plan on a product that defected 6 months done the road. The Geek Squad was great, exchanged the product for a brand new one and now we have peace of mind for another 4 years!

Haven't had to use the warranty yet so I'm not sure. I'm sure it'll be okay I've been buying stuff from Best Buy for years and years I've never had any issues.

So far so go on my purchase but you know it's always good to have a peace of mind and have Best buy have your back in case something happens

geek squad protection is always great. I recommend this to all family and friends. It is worthwhile because no problems with them when a product fails, breaks, etc.

You know how it goes you don't buy the warranty you are out if the device goes bad. If you get the warranty nothing goes wrong but if you get it a day have a issue they will fix it

My TV was mounted to the wall along with my soundbar very quickly and the work was done in a very professional manner.

Always buy geek squad for any of my huge purchases. They are trustworthy and they fix whatever has problems.

Would recommend getting the protection plan just in case

No matter the quality of your new product anything can happen with electronics. I have had to use my plans in the past on that rare occasion and I am glad I was wise and purchased it!

I buy a new Denon receiver and weeks only after the purchase a lighting storm burn the receiver. Best Buy change it and I purchase the insurance.

Since my first experience with the geek squad I purchase the protection every time. A stereo stopped working three days before protection expired. And they gave me excellent service.

Good price for piece of mind. First time adding this to a product. I’m happy I did.
