since I am not very tech savy at all, I prefer to leave it up the pros to make minor (or major) repairs. and with my luck, if something can go wrong, it most certainly will.

When cost appropriate, I always get Geed Squad Warranty. They have come in handy when needed.

On the begging we had little problems, but I think it was just adjusting. To control the volume you don’t have to use an app, it sinks with tv and you’ll able to use the remote

Anytime I am dealing with electronics that I use a lot and are kinda expensive, it is good to have some insurance as a just in case (I have pets and it can be a disaster). Honestly though the less money you have to pay for something, the less you probably actually want to put insurance on it because it becomes pointless. Just use your discretion!

I like this protection as it gives us piece of mind for any kind of issues for the period of time we opt

I haven't had to use the protection plan for my receiver, but I'm happy I have it.

I really hope don't have to use it for my equipment because if I do means it got damage, although a safety net measure for the investment.

Wouldn’t buy anything electronic without a warranty

I have no worries for the next 4 years. I've had products that I regret not getting the protection. Usually if things break down it's right after the manufacturer's warranty. Go figure.

Protection plan is a must when spending a good buck for a high end receiver! I highly recommend purchasing the plan for peace of mind!

I really enjoy purchasing extended warranties from BB. It is always very easy to process the exchange, return, repair, etc. Won't buy anything without Geek Squad on my side.

Purchased a Sonos Arc and this seemed like a nice insurance policy for a fair price in case something went wrong for 4 Years.

Geek Squad transferred my old laptop to the newly purchased one, then assisted installation of CD software via their external drive.

I recommend purchasng this option, it's important withan electronics purchase.
