geek squad protection is always great. I recommend this to all family and friends. It is worthwhile because no problems with them when a product fails, breaks, etc.

No matter the quality of your new product anything can happen with electronics. I have had to use my plans in the past on that rare occasion and I am glad I was wise and purchased it!

Since my first experience with the geek squad I purchase the protection every time. A stereo stopped working three days before protection expired. And they gave me excellent service.

I bought this GSP and just had to use it! Due to the item still being under manufacturers warranty I was reimbursed the full cost and went with a different brand! I don't buy this on all products but definitely worth it on receivers.

A Geek Squad extended warranty policy is recommended for additional protection especially when new technology is purchased. I can't put a price on having the peace of mind.

I buy a new Denon receiver and weeks only after the purchase a lighting storm burn the receiver. Best Buy change it and I purchase the insurance.

I always purchase a warranty for any electronics I purchase at Best Buy. I have had a few items needing repair under warranty and I was always satisfied with the service.

My TV was mounted to the wall along with my soundbar very quickly and the work was done in a very professional manner.

I have not needed to use this service yet so I cannot speak to how Best Buy would handle service claims but I remain hopeful that if something does happen, they will pull through.

Tge agents mounted my TV on a rock wall and connected all the devices. They also showed me how the app works and everything. Definitely recommend
