We've recently had some issues with our TV. We purchased the Geek Squad warranty which has definitely paid off. Geeks were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and careful when fixing our issue and remounting our very large TV.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan on all of my big ticket items from Best Buy!!!! Whenever I have a problem, with the Geek Squad protect plan, I know I'm covered and it's hassle free service!!!! I'm now protected for 4 years for $20... you can't beat that anywhere!!!

When you live in US and Oder a product to use here get a warranty so you safe . All Best Buy product are good with warranty

I think the Geek squad insurance is a good value considering you can get 4 years of coverage for a fair price.

have not used this insurance yet but i was assured if something went wrong with receiver, i should be covered. 4 years is great peace of mind. i dont usually buy these protection plans but the price was reasonable for 4 year bumper to bumper coverage on a electronic component.

Some service plans aren't cost effective or are limited in options or longevity. This was a great value. I purchased the headset for a senior family member so it made sense for worry free enjoyment for years.

Bought this 3 years ago. Wifi stopped working and brought it in. Sent away and they sent it back with the same problem. I had to take in a 2nd time. They said it was unfixable and gave me a full credit of the amount I paid (minus the protection fee). I was able to buy a new receiver (better) and I bought the protection again. A bit of a hassle to redeem which is why I gave 4 stars. Had I only had to take 1 trip, it would have been 5 stars.

Using this with 5.1 sonance in ceiling speakers. Excellent music listening experience. Sounds clean even in high volume. Unique design.

protecting our investment I really hope not to have to use it I have a protection plan on all my best buy

I love my Geek Squad warranty if they can resolve your problem on the phone they do it. If not take it in and they'll make it right. The price on their extended warranties are great. The techs explain everything when they come out on a call. Great people to work with

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it
