    First time using the extended warranty and is a disappointment. Drop off my subwoofer a month ago and still nothing.

    Still waiting on product to ship . They said it be here 2 days ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet . Poor service . Happened last time I bought on line also . This will be the last time I buy from Best Buy

    If the device already has a 3 year manufacturers warranty then not worth the cost especially considering my experience with geek squads repair

    I bought this as an "Open Box" item and I am very happy with my purchase. I wanted to upgrade my receiver at home and this had all of the features that I could ask for and more. I love Pioneer Elite products, they have a great sound and they fit my budget. I was very lucky to find this available when I did.

    no questions asked worth it. for 4 years I don't have to worry about any sorts of issues happening with my devices. and when something does happen there's no questions, just fixing or giving me what I spent back.

    I brought the team in to help me set up the equipment and we found out. I didn’t need the Wi-Fi Bluetooth add-on piece. The guys did a great job and we all learned together how these so many ULT nines work!
