Extra Geek squad protection, i would recommend get the extra protection because you never know what can go wrong with the item you purchased.

The thought of having protection on my products makes me feel better. Never had to use it but it's nice to be protected just in case something does happen.

I have had Geek Squad coverage for many years and have always found it to be tops. The Geeks coming to my home have all been knowledgeable, have functioned efficiently and have resolved all problems to my satisfaction.

I think the Geek Squad is an exceptional value. We bought it with a Roku Streaming sound bar. We returned the soundbar and therefore returned the Geek squad.

Always great service. Better than McDonalds but you should offer snacks or candies when customers are waiting in line. Maybe a tasty Latte or coffee !

Was able to exchange my Tivo after it died. Unfortunately the same Tivo was no longer available.

I got the Geek Squad Protection for a couple of products I've bought at Best Buy (two watches and a camera) and I don't regret it, once I went to a store to get fixed my watch and they helped me.

I purchased an extended warranty for my Roku Stick for nothing more that peace of mind that it will be working for at least three years.

I have had a new stove top installed and my dryer repaired where the service guys went above and beyond to do a good job.
