Put it too ya this way.... it like Leaving the house and realizing you've forgotten a critical component of your daily work attire.... YOUR TROUSERS.... Don't leave the house with out them.... I love the Geek Squad protection. I haven't with all my major appliances and electronics. They are amazing whenever I need something. Or have a problem they are always there to help.

I used to work for Best Buy and before i did i would never have gotten a warranty. "They're just tryjng to get more money out of you" or so i thought. When i started working there i learn all the things that it covered and that they are willing to do to try and make your tech problems go away. I no longer work for best buy because i moved half way across the country and i will still buy the warranties when i get a chance.

Haven’t yet had to use this hope I don’t ever have too. The cost to have a peace of mind is not expensive for the extra years of protection.

I have had the geek squad for several years. They do an excellent job for the computers. However, they are working on training of some people which are trying I guess, but for the most part too well when using for TVs different opinion. They want to come to your house but that's not why you called them you called for answers of problems not scheduling an appointment at your home. That issue needs to be looked into

Their protection plan is great. Got a 4yr and started having problems after the 3rd year. Went into bear buy w my receipt and broken unit. Viola-waljed out w a brand new unit. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!

the geek squad personel was excellent. helped me with my instalation and tooks his time to explain everything and showed me step by step what he was doing. excellent customer service

I have not had the opportunity to use this for the item I purchased it for yet, thankfully. But have had the opportunity to ask the Geek Squad other questions about items I've purchased in the past. They are extremely helpful! I learned a long time ago it is so worth it to purchase protection plans with electronics. Well worth the extra expense; saves time & money in the long run if anything goes wrong.

Anything I buy from Best buy I always get the geek squad protection. Especially with pets and children it's always reassuring to have protection on my devices.
