I always order the extra Geek service because when something breaks down or stops working I know I can always return it to Best Buy n they will either fix it or replace it. It’s great to have the extra protection.

For the price, protecting your merchandise for 2 years is the way to go!!

Never leave the store without it. Production plans are the best, I buy them when ever offered. I have taken advantage of them several times, and very thankful I did. Re-buying a product that fills with in the service life is the pits.

always purchase protection plan with the squad, never had a issue with any product that went bad, squad always came out to see if it can be repaired if, not I was given a new and upgraded product no extra cost

There technicians do tried to do the best of their knowledge to do repairs on the computer products. As everybody knows, no one person can know everything as far as repairs, but didn't try to do their best

I break stuff all the time because I’m a clutz. I got the extra protection for my Google chrome remote just in case if I somehow break it or malfunctions. You can’t always rely on technology so insurance helps.

I wouldnt buy any electronic product without it. So easy peazy. And great piece of mind. The support people are super friendly and it is easy making an appointment to talk to them. Definitely a must.

I've had different products go bad that I had the protection on. As long as I'm within the time frame for the plan, I have taken them back and either got a replacement right away or a store credit too get something different.
