This product is a life saver. Projector failed on me. Was resolved in a timely manner.

Not 100% on this let’s hope when the light goes out the warranty is honored instead of full refund

MrsClause if you have a warranty already on your project I would say do not buy The geek squad protection plan is it overlaps with the current warranty if you would like Peace of mind purchase the geeks squad warranty plan wish that they had a point so you can use your points to purchase the plan but they don't not that sucks from Best buy

Had this for an open box projector I bought and returned two days later. Geek squad was great and were the ones that old me to return it and get my money back.

I didn’t get the protection at first but after a few days from the purchase I ended up going back to Best Buy & getting the protection for my projector 4010 sense it’s an expensive projector & never know if something wrong will ever happen so I’m glad I changed my mind & got the protection plan. Thanks Best Buy.

The picture started to have random colors showing and we took it in and got a refund for purchase price

It's great. I always get this, because i know that Best buy will be easier to deal with them the manufacturer. Also, if i ever start noticing anything with my products its usually 2 years doen the road.

Good value for the time of coverage. Always good to have it for more expensive items, gaming systems, projectors etc.

Its very comforting to know that i have the Geek Squad protection plan as the entire Geek squad staff is very knowledgable!

The convenience of this product is a huge plus, but the quality was honestly a surprise. Very happy.

Quality picture with very easy setup. The 4k quality is extremely good on my 120” screen.
