Great value and price for the Geek Squad plan. Absolutely recommend!

Had this for an open box projector I bought and returned two days later. Geek squad was great and were the ones that old me to return it and get my money back.

The ease of getting the product repaired or receiving credit to use for swapping out for new is great, but the downfall is you lose the warranty once you use it, no matter if its 6 mos, 11 mos, or 2 yrs. If you then want warranty on new one you exchanged for you have to buy ANOTHER warranty for full price. I think the warranty should be good and able to be used for the ENTIRE warranty period, 4 yrs.

MrsClause if you have a warranty already on your project I would say do not buy The geek squad protection plan is it overlaps with the current warranty if you would like Peace of mind purchase the geeks squad warranty plan wish that they had a point so you can use your points to purchase the plan but they don't not that sucks from Best buy

Good value for the time of coverage. Always good to have it for more expensive items, gaming systems, projectors etc.

The picture started to have random colors showing and we took it in and got a refund for purchase price

Was OK I’m watching it now. I’m using it now. I don’t know how long it’s gonna last.

I didn’t get the protection at first but after a few days from the purchase I ended up going back to Best Buy & getting the protection for my projector 4010 sense it’s an expensive projector & never know if something wrong will ever happen so I’m glad I changed my mind & got the protection plan. Thanks Best Buy.

Well good service geek squad is very well worth it

It's great. I always get this, because i know that Best buy will be easier to deal with them the manufacturer. Also, if i ever start noticing anything with my products its usually 2 years doen the road.

The convenience of this product is a huge plus, but the quality was honestly a surprise. Very happy.

Still no need for it but happy to have bought this for my projector for my living room.
