I want to make it clear that I bought this as a gift for someone else's apt. I didn't realize you also need extra wiring that goes under the door when you set ring camera up (assumed at ran on chargable batteries). For an apartment thats pretty inpractical, especially since you apparently also need to buy a holder for it to truly be secure on the door. Overall, I'm sure the product works great, but if you need to buy extra parts to make it work that should be strongly implied.

A must have protection plan. Geek squad are always great to have when we purchasing expensive electronic or big TV and kitchen stove.

It was a great idea to grab this 4 year warranty for an outdoor product that will have wear and tear from the outside environment.

It's hard to see the extra money you spend on the product being worth it, but it has paid off for us.
