They recommended I purchase the protection plan which I had which I never thought I'd have to use until my landlord smashed my ring doorbell and tore the camera off of my flood light in the back of the house . I have been using these cameras and system, for almost 2 years now. I have been really enjoying the ease of the camera system. The battery life of the cameras are amazing. I just ordered one more battery on amazon so I could have 2 on ready standby when I need to change them. I would very highly recommend to those who do not want to deal with wired camera home systems.
